Homemade muffin~~♥

I am so happy that cousin jieying and  i managed to make this with the guidance of my mum n aunt.

Well, This is quite easy to do. You just have to buy a pack of muffin fix  and prepare for the ingredients. You can buy whatever favour you like...mine is chocolate favour :)

Group A: water 225gram
               egg  350 gram
              muffin fix 1000gram( i used whole pack of it.)
Group B: vegetable oil 280gram

Method:
1.  beat group A approximately 1 minute on low speed.scrap down.
2.  blend on second speed for 4 minutes.
3.  blend in group B for approximately 1 minutes.
4.  bake 220 C for 30-45 minutes.

That's all the steps u have to follow..quite easy rite?

before bake in the oven

spread some chocolate chips on the top of muffin :)
